just good advice

Beware!  just because you have a LEGAL contract, stamped, sealed and delivered, does not mean the person signing on the dotted line will do anything the contract says.


example:  sold a business....legal contract saying he will pay me x number of dollars.  guy does NOT pay x number of dollars.  Unless guy is sued, more money for the attorney, I do not get x number of dollars. 


If it is important, be careful.  you cannot enforce a contract, no matter how legal!  worse you can ever do is win a lawsuit of violation of contract and  put a lean on something and wait forever.


the system is a sham and the only winners are the attorneys.

Great Briton was the tired old man of Europe before Mrs. Thatcher became prime minister.  She had unique approaches to problems.  She had strength and honor and quite a wit.  The Economic strategies she put into play were unique and she had quite the opposition.  "Thatcherism"  is a philosophy of economics that is now taught in colleges in England.


She has achieved great honors for her COMMON SENSE and ability to stand up for what is right for her country.



She gave business back to the Private Sector and Government ran government.  She understood that business needed to run themselves to be profitable and if business is strong, the country will be strong.

On April 8th, 2013, Lady Thatcher died of a stroke.  She was the last of the "Cold War Warriors".  Blessed John Paul II, Ronald Reagan and Baroness Thatcher. 


Lets remember their legacy and understand their strength of character and that they did many things right and learn from them.

What would Abraham Lincoln say about reading a Children's Book to make a point?  What would he say about government working all night, reading children's books, not to be outdone!   Is it about truly having something important to say, or getting on the news.  As an American, I am fatigued of just shaking my head at the silly behavior of anyone and everyone who uses it to get on the news.  We as a society have enormous social problems.

When did everyone loose the ability to make an intelligent decision in lieu of outlandish behavior to get on the news, the media that is loosing common sense as well.


this Snowden guy....do you expect anyone to take you seriously when you cannot appear in person??  You are legend in your own mind.  Using several "servers" to not be found smells like paranoia. 


PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, HIDE NOTHING. 


If anyone wants to listen to me talking about what I am planning for dinner, I would be flattered.  If you speak on the airways....do you have the expectation of privacy? 


If you want to be safe on an airplane, do you yell at the people who search your bag?  I don't.  I say thank you after having my bag searched and you should see how much it means to security people.  They have no expectation of being thanked for doing their job.


There are people in need of basic necessities.  Hope.  I have hope for the human race, but we have to forget ourselves, ego and arrogance and care.
